LOVET reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notification. By purchasing from LOVET, the buyer has agreed to abide by the terms and conditions listed.
All sales are final and may not be amended.
By purchasing from LOVET, you agree to receive marketing communications from us on our promotions & launches. We recognise the individual rights to protect your personal data, including the rights of access and correction, and the needs of the company to collect, use or disclose personal data for only legitimate and reasonable purposes.
LOVET currently provides seven payment methods: ATM Bank Transfer, IBanking, PayNow, PayPal, FavePay, Atome, GrabPay and Stripe. Payments via Bank Transfers/IBanking/PayNow/FavePay have to be transferred within 24 hours after the order confirmation email has been sent and the payment screenshot have to be uploaded for verification. Payments via PayPal, Atome, GrabPay and Stripe have to be made within 30 minutes after the order confirmation email has been sent. Kindly ensure that all required information is submitted to avoid possible shipping delays or product shipment errors. All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received or updated within the given timeframe of 24 hours or 30 minutes. Store credits will be issued in the event that the payment was made 24 hours later without notifying. Refunds are strictly not allowed. In the event that no payment is received and orders are cancelled, your accounts may be blacklisted from future purchases. All transaction fees are fully absorbed by LOVET. All payments will be verified within 24 hours.
Any reimbursement made by LOVET will be in the form of store credits (valid for 3 months). Cash refunds are strictly not allowed. Sale items will not be awarded points. Kindly refer to Rewards Points page for more information.
To better streamline our operations and increase our productivity, combinations of orders are strictly not allowed. We seek for your understanding in this.
We require 1-2 working days to attend to emails. Kindly refrain from sending multiple emails as our email works in a ticketing system if multiple emails are sent, the initial email from the same sender will get pushed back, hence resulting in possible delay in replies.
Backorders Terms and Conditions
Please only join if you are comfortable with the wait and any unforeseen delays.
If other in-stock item(s) are placed together in the same order, all items will only be dispatched when the backorder item arrives. If you would like your in-stock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly opt for a separate backorder shipping at checkout.
Kindly note that there may be slight colour differences for Backorder batches.
Kindly refer to the Backorder Status page for any updates on BO arrival.
There is strictly no refunds if one backs out of paid backorder.
Discounts are not stackable.
As MongxLovet is a special capsule collection, no discounts are allowed for MongxLovet collections.
Birthday discounts are eligible on the first order of the birthday month per customer.
As much as LOVET strives to capture the most accurate colour of the products seen on www.lovet.sg, kindly take note that the colour might differ slightly in real life due to studio lightings or individual’s computer settings.
