Lovet currently provides five payment methods: ATM Bank Transfer, IBanking, Paynow/Paylah, Paypal and Stripe. Payments via Bank Transfers/IBanking/Paynow/Paylah have to be transferred within 24 hours after the order confirmation email has been sent. Payments via Paypal and Stripe have to be made within 2 hours after the order confirmation email has been sent. Kindly ensure that all required information is submitted to avoid possible shipping delays or product shipment errors. All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received or updated within the given timeframe of 24 hours or 2 hours. Store credits will be issued in the event that the payment was made 24 hours later without notifying. Refunds are strictly not allowed. In the event that no payment is received and orders are cancelled, your accounts may be blacklisted from future purchases.
Sale items will not be awarded points. Kindly refer to Rewards Points page for more information.
Stripe transaction fee is fully absorbed by LOVET. All payments will be verified within 24 hours.
Any reimbursement made by LOVET will be in the form of store credits (valid for 3 months). Refunds are strictly not allowed.
We require 1-2 working days to attend to emails. Kindly refrain from sending multiple emails as our email works in a ticketing system in which emails will get pushed back, hence the delay in replies.
To better streamline our operations and increase our productivity, combinations of orders are strictly not allowed. We seek for your understanding in this.
In the event your parcel has not reached you within 7 working days after your parcel has been dispatched to the courier, kindly email in to firstname.lastname@example.org so that our pixies can assist asap you with your parcel status.
