Customer Service Executive (Hybrid)


  • Day to day operations (including but not limited to packing of parcels) 
  • Dispatch of international orders
  • Liaising with courier partners
  • Stock take / arrangement of racks
  • Attend to all customers' emails, messages on all social media platforms and all customer service-related matters
  • Require critical thinking & problem-solving skills
  • Able to commit to work on rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)



  • Proficient in English
  • Experience in e-Commerce operations/similar is preferred
  • Able to work under fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player
  • Singaporean or PR based in Singapore only


You will be rotated between Operations and Customer Service department every quarter / as when needed, with Customer Service as the main focus of attachment. This is a all-rounder role where you will be trained in both day to day operations and customer service.
