Operations Executive | Full-Time
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Serangoon
Operations Hours:
Monday - Friday
09:00 - 18:00
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operations (including but not limited to packing of parcels)
- Dispatch of international orders
- Liaising with courier partners
- Stocktake/arrangement of racks
- Stocking up for retail store
- Processing of walk-ins/exchanges and returns
- Upholding team efficiency and ensuring operations run smoothly within the timeline
Requirements:
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or a related field is preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Operations Executive | Part-Time
Employment Type: Part-Time
Commitment Period: 3 Months
Work Location: Serangoon
Operations Hours:
Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to customers
- Maintain the general cleanliness of the store
- Cashier duties which include and are not limited to processing payments, exchanges, and returns
- Co-ordinate with in-house driver and operations team to replenish stocks and transfers from the main warehouse
- Weekly stock-take to ensure inventory accuracy
- Training, and supervising retail staff, setting performance expectations, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer complaints, and handling escalated issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry or a related field/skill is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with customers and staff
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
- Experience in the fast fashion industry and e-commerce/similar is preferred
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and effectively manage challenging situations

Commitment Period: 6 or 12 Months
