Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach and support a customer service team

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR matters.

Responsibilities:

Product Development & Sampling

  • Follow through the full sample development process from initial design concepts to samples and finalised products
  • Manage sample development timelines and delivery schedules with manufacturers to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate daily communication with manufacturers, including translating design and fitting comments accurately
  • Conduct and organise fit sessions, ensuring fit, construction, and measurement consistency across styles
  • Take and verify accurate product measurements to maintain sizing standards

Manufacturer & Vendor Liaison

  • Liaise closely with manufacturers on sampling, revisions, and production requirements
  • Follow up with manufacturers when necessary, including outside of regular working hours, to meet critical timelines
  • Coordinate with RFID vendors to ensure prompt and accurate tagging directly from manufacturers
  • Participate in overseas trips (e.g. China factory visits and shoots) when required to support product development and quality control

We’re looking for a Freelance Catalogue Photo Editor to support our fast-paced fashion e-commerce launches.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit catalogue photos to meet brand standards.
  • Ensure accurate colours, clean retouching, and natural-looking edits.
  • Remove distractions, straighten images, and maintain consistent framing.
  • Export images according to required specifications and file naming conventions.
