Delivery Information

All local orders above $60 will enjoy Complimentary Local Standard Courier which will be based on each delivery.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days upon notification of payment received and verification of payment.

All local deliveries are via doorstep courier, Ninjavan.
All international deliveries are via DHL. 

1) Local Standard Shipping:
Standard Shipping is a fixed fee of $2.50
All Standard Shipping comes with tracking and sms notification from the courier on the day of delivery
You will receive your order within 1-3 working days*
*Does not apply if there is a BO item in the order

2) Local Express Shipping:
Express Shipping is a fixed fee of $4.50. 
All Express Shipping comes with tracking and sms notification from the courier on the day of delivery
You will receive your order within 1-2 working days*
*Does not apply if there is a BO item in the order

Ninjavan delivers from Monday to Saturday 10am to 10pm
In the event whereby a failed delivery occurs, Ninjavan will redeliver on the next working day (up to 3 redelivery attempts)
In the event of multiple failed deliveries, the customer will have to bear the re-delivery fees of $3.50

3) Standard International Shipping
Standard international shipping takes about 7-10 working days*, excluding customs checking or other unforseen circumstances
*Does not apply if there is a BO item in the order
All standard international parcels will be dispatched by DHL E Commerce before being handed over to your local postage service for delivery
Due to the COVID-19 situation, kindly expect unforeseen delays in the delivery

4) Express International Shipping:
Standard international shipping takes about 2-3 working days*, excluding customs checking or other unforseen circumstances
*Does not apply if there is a BO item in the order

Kindly note that for international orders, there might be taxes or duty fees. These will be payable by the customer. 

To better streamline our operations and increase our productivity, combinations of orders are strictly not allowed. We seek for your understanding in this.

Kindly ensure that the right colours/sizes of the correct products have been selected before proceeding to check out.

Backorder/Preorder Item(s) for Local Orders:
If your order consists of a backorder/preorder item, your order will only be shipped after the BO/Preorder stocks have arrived if standard courier is chosen
 If there are instocks & backorders in your order and you would like to opt for split shipping, Complimentary Standard Courier will apply for each of the delivery of your instock/s and backorder/s or preorder/s unless the total bill of your instocks fall below $60 and the total bill of your backorders or preorders fall below $60

Self Collection:
For orders that have opted for self collection at our collection point, kindly collect the orders within 1 month from the time the order is ready for collection
Orders not collected within 1 month will be considered as cancelled, and store credits will be issued to your account (3 months validity)

In the event your parcel has not reached you within 7 working days (local SG orders) or 30 working days (international orders) after your parcel has been dispatched to the courier, kindly email in to sales@lovet.sg so that our pixies can assist asap you with your parcel status.
