1) Retail Executive (Full-time)
Job Description
- Responsible for day-to-day retail operations
- To maintain general cleanliness of the store
- Cashier duties which include and are not limited to processing payments, exchanges and returns
- Co-ordinate with in-house driver and operations team to replenish stocks and transfers from main warehouse
- Weekly stock-take to ensure inventory accuracy
- Ensure proper communications of on-going promotions and offers with payment partners to customers
- To provide excellent service to all customers
Requirements
- Experience in the fast fashion industry
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Fashion-oriented and wide knowledge of the fashion industry
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in the fast fashion industry is preferred

3) Operations Executive (Part-time)

- Day to day operations (including but not limited to packing of parcels)
- Unloading and arrangement of new arrivals
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months with an availability of 2 - 3 days per week

4) Customer Service Intern
Responsibilities
- Attend to all customers' emails, messages on all social media platforms and all customer service-related matters
- Require critical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Work closely with Operations department for day-to-day matters
- Able to commit to work on rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
Requirements
- Proficient and fluent in English
- Able to work under fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Singaporean or PR based in Singapore only

5) Creative Intern
Responsibilities:
- Create graphic assets for the team
- Color correction of product images
- Design and create for various campaigns and collateral across channels
- Maintaining a consistent approach and high level of creativity across all assets
- Creation of IG/TikTok artworks according to campaign and content
- Research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content
- Participate in brainstorming sessions/discussions within team on how to improve in delivery of content on all social platforms
- Assist in ensuring that all assets are delivered as promised
- Assist in photoshoots when necessary
- Support in the creation of artworks and content (photos and videos) for our social channels
- Creating daily graphics for Instagram Stories
- Styling flat lays
Requirements:
- Excellent design skills, especially typography
- Adept in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom
- Basic knowledge of image editing and retouching
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Videography and post editing skill is required
- Knowledge of creating content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Knowledge of photography, and in handling DSLRs will be a plus
- Quick thinking and problem-solving attitude in tackling obstacles that may compromise on workflow, capacity and/or quality

6) Operations Intern
Responsibilities:
- Day to day operations (including but not limited to packing of parcels)
- Dispatch of international orders
- Liaising with courier partners
- Stock take / arrangement of racks
- Stocking up for retail store
- Processing of walk in/exchanges and returns
- Upholding of team efficiency and ensuring operations run smoothly within timeline
Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Experience in e-Commerce operations/similar is preferred
- Able to work under fast-paced environment
